I started the Baking Websites blog to keep track of my efforts in web development.

I took inspiration for the name of the blog from references I’ve heard to websites and applications being ‘cooked up’ or baked. Unfortunately it is hard to be original on the internet and after a quick google I found that the Cake Software Foundation, have already been using the terms for a while. However they look like a bunch of friendly open source developers so I’m sure they won’t mind. So if you came to this blog expecting the latest updates from the bread making world I’m sorry to dissapoint you, there is no bun or baguette related content to be found here!
